Dick has been a practicing attorney in Austin since graduating from The University of Texas School of Law. He worked as law clerk to a United States District Judge, as an Assistant Attorney General of Texas, as a bank Trust Officer, and as a partner in a law firm. In 1984 he took his wide experience into his own law office where for the past 24 years he has focused on personally helping clients with their needs in estate and trust planning, wills, probate, estate and gift tax law, and all related areas.
Since 1984 Dick has maintained his office in the heart of the city, sharing it with several other attorneys, and representing individuals and families throughout central Texas and beyond.
For over thirty years, Dick has maintained the highest quality and ethics rating possible for attorneys (AV) through Martindale Hubbell, and has been listed among the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
