Kelly Ausley-Flores practices family law litigation, Collaborative law, and serves as a mediator for family law matters. She has been practicing law with her father, Tom Ausley, since 1995. She became board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2000 and became a partner in the firm in 2001.

Kelly was named a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in Texas Monthly Magazine in 2004 and 2005. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. In addition to being a competent and skilled litigator in the courtroom, she trained in the Collaborative process in 2002.

Kelly embraces the practice and philosophy of Collaborative law as a way to assist clients with their family law problems while allowing them to maintain as much control as possible over the outcome. She truly cares about her clients and enjoys helping them create a new future in the midst of challenging life transitions as she provides counsel and support during one of the most difficult times in their lives.
