I have practiced criminal defense law for over 25 years, in Texas, Montana and South Dakota. I had the HGN (the "eye" test) thrown out of Montana Courts unless the State can bring an expert to testify how drinking alcohol supposedly causes "nystagmus" and I had the Police Sobriety Tests ruled to be a Fourth Amendment Search requiring a reasonable suspicion of driving and drinking before they can be demanded by a police officer. These are just two of my victories over the years. I am in downtown Austin now, back where I went to school. I am honest, hard working, and have reasonable fees.
