Eric Robertson practices both family law litigation and Collaborative law. He was board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1997 and joined the firm in 1998. He became a partner in the firm in 2000.
Eric is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in Family law. He has extensive experience in the courtroom litigating high value, complex property cases as well as disputes involving children. Eric also is trained as a Collaborative family law practitioner and mediator. These skills allow him to explore all avenues of dispute resolution in order to find the most appropriate solution for his clients.
Eric's approach is pragmatic and constructive. He recognizes that a divorcing couple has a continuing relationship as parents long after their divorce is over.
